A strong track record in building and scaling enterprise sales organizations within deep-tech or industrial settings is essential, combined with the ambition to take on full company-wide leadership responsibility.
Our client is a Switzerland-based deep-tech scale-up with an under-100-person global team, combining proprietary hardware, software, and data to deliver Asset and Trade Intelligence for the world’s leading maritime freight and international railway operators. The company is positioned for rapid growth and global expansion, with multiple product launches planned for 2026 and ambitious targets for device adoption and recurring revenues.
To support the company’s next growth phase, we are seeking an experienced CEO to lead our client’s global commercial and strategic expansion from Zurich. The role is critical to scaling the business, building high-performing teams, and maximizing market impact across enterprise clients and industrial sectors.
Based in Zürich, Switzerland, with teams in the US and Germany, providing a central hub for leading global operations.
